Robert J. Schweiger joined Johnson Duffie in 2017 as an associate attorney. He represents clients in both federal and state courts. Mr. Schweiger's areas of practice include insurance defense, medical malpractice, healthcare law, insurance coverage issues, bad faith claims, premises liability, civil rights, breach of contract, automobile and trucking accidents and other general liability matters.

Prior to joining Johnson Duffie, Mr. Schweiger was employed at a mid-sized law firm where he represented clients in a variety of complex civil matters. Before representing clients as a practicing attorney, Mr. Schweiger opted to take the unique opportunity to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Douglas W. Herman at the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin and Fulton Counties, Pennsylvania, where he gained a valuable insight into the inner workings of the court system.

Mr. Schweiger graduated with honors from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2013. While there, he served as the business editor for Widener Law Review. Additionally, as a certified legal intern in the Widener Criminal Defense Clinic, Mr. Schweiger provided pro bono legal representation to indigent criminal defendants in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
