John Statler successfully tried another case to verdict in Lebanon County. The case arose from an intersection accident involving a motorcycle and a car. Both drivers claimed that the other driver was at fault in causing the accident. In addition to the parties, two other witnesses were called to testify. The jury unanimously found in favor of Mr. Statler’s client. Judge Bradford Charles presided over the trial.
